BDL Siplifield Plans 

The application supports district offices in fulfilling their responsibilities related to supervising forests not owned by the State Treasury. The program provides access to descriptive data and numerical map layers developed as part of the Simplified Forest Management Plan (SFP). The application also includes a set of tools for entering data on the performance of management tasks, recording timber harvest legality certificates, and generating reports.

Access to the system is granted to district offices in consultation with the General Directorate of State Forests. After the BDL configures access to the BDL PU application, district offices perform the UPUL data import themselves. The data to be imported must be saved in SWDL format. Detailed instructions for data preparation can be found in the instructions.
